Taschachwand – Ski descent

We climbed the face to the day one year ago (Pictures here). Back then conditions for skiing were simply perfect: 20-30cm of fresh cold winter snow on the entire face! This in turn meant that climbing up was to exhausting for me to think about skiing it… Ever since I read about skiing this face here and here, I knew that I would do this in near future. This monday finally conditions were somehow similar to those last year – not that good, but we still found soft snow on large parts of the descent. I am glad about the good company and this happy day out.
