Last weekend we climbed Cima Presanella via the classic north wall ascent. That late in season, it was still in near perfect condition. The face is about 500m, topping out at around 3558m.
Difficulty around about 50° snow and ice, where the bergschrund (70°) was the crux of the route. Global rating AD+. For the icy pitch in the steep and narrow middle section of the face we used a rope, 6 ice screws and 3  Tiblocs and climbed simultaneously.
